Program Qualifications
To be eligible for WIC, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a pregnant woman, a new mother, or a child under the age of 5.
- Have a household income at or below the 185% of the federal poverty level (see table below).
- Reside in the United States.
- Provide proof of identity and residency.
- Provide proof of income.
- Provide proof of pregnancy or the child’s age.
